Ranch Dip:
Ingredients:
- 8 oz of light sour cream
- 1.5 Tbsp of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. I scoop it back into the sour cream container and store it there.
Meatballs:
Ingredients:
- Italian Style Turkey Meatballs (about 3 meatballs per sub--I cut mine in half when putting them on the roll)
- 1 jar Prego Parmesan Ricotta Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Place meatballs and sauce in the crock pot (remember your crock pot liner). Cook on low 8 hours or high 4. I cook mine on low for about 10 hours because that is how long I am gone during the day and they are fine when I get home.
